Practice Schedule & Location

• 2 X Week​

• Approx 7:00 PM - 9:15 PM  - Times may vary due to gym availability

• TBD - Monday & Wednesday OR Tuesday & Thursday (Some Fridays) * Days vary based on gym availability

• Locally in Brockport, NY area (Brockport Central School or SUNY Brockport College)

Tournaments

• 6-8 Tournaments guaranteed per team

• Local - Rochester, Buffalo & Syracuse

• Travel - past tournaments include Lancaster, Albany, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Pittsburgh

Cost

2024/25 Season: $1,300-$1,500 (TBD)

• Uniform Package: 2 Jerseys, Spandex Shorts, Practice T-Shirt 

• Gym Rental Fees

• Coaches Fees 

• Tournament Entry Fees (guaranteed 5-7 Tournaments)

  • Travel & Lodging are NOT included in flat rate​
