TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS

1. SUN SETTERS CLUB WEVA REGISTRATION: SportsEngine Memberships

Prior to attending tryouts, players MUST be registered with WEVA.  WEVA is the organization that runs our region of NYS. The registration covers the players fee for the organization in addition to insurance coverage. Follow the WEVA link provided above and choose the proper registration option. You should ONLY click 'Renew' if player played club volleyball in the WEVA region last year.  When you visit the website you will notice there is a TRYOUT option or a FULL MEMBERSHIP option. If you wish to purchase the tryout option and the player makes the team, you can then upgrade to the full membership.  If you are trying out for multiple clubs, choose "undecided" for the club name and let us know in advance since you will not show up on the Sun Setters WEVA registrants.

*Keep In Mind* We collect the majority of player information from the WEVA registration information. Please be sure your contact information is correct and complete when registering.
