Tryout Fee 

$10.00

Sun Setters will be charging a ONE TIME $10.00 per player try out fee (will cover both sessions) to cover facility & coach costs.  Please bring cash, check or money order made out to Sun Setters on the first day of tryouts.

Requirements 

1. WEVA REGISTRATION:  REGISTER (sportngin.com)

Prior to attending tryouts, players MUST be registered with WEVA.  WEVA is the organization that runs our region of NYS. The registration covers the players fee for the organization in addition to insurance coverage. Follow the WEVA link provided above and choose the proper registration option. You should ONLY click 'Renew' if player played club volleyball in the WEVA region last year.  When you visit the website you will notice there is a TRYOUT option or a FULL MEMBERSHIP option. If you wish to purchase the tryouts option and the player makes the team, you can then upgrade to the Full Membership.  If you are trying out for multiple clubs, choose "undecided" for the club name and let us know in advance since you will not show up on our WEVA registrants.
